It was just a good story as all of them have been in the Home series. Carra at Making it Happen blog Robbie Savez Series, Book 1 By: P Cardeno C. The journey throughout the years was an enjoyable one. Love that it was told from both characters POV got to see how both men felt.

While I saw Andrew like a brother, Caleb was the best friend I always wanted. We should have sex now.

Ok, that’d be a story, too. This story had a lot into finding out about each other.

But it’s a nice enough read and bound to please fans of Cardeno C. CC always has great dynamics Any additional comments? I wish a few more pages caardeno been devoted to the HEA, I mean I feel totally and completely sure of it, but I still wanted to see, it, I am very greedy that way.

The One Who Saves Me

I actually grew a little impatient as the years progressed wanting them to just wise up to what they truly felt. To make matters worse, he’s been targeted as the next victim of an anti-gay celebrity serial killer.

Just What the Truth Is: They have a rule that if neither is in a relationship with another man, they can also come together sexually as well. Tbe may seem like a stereotypical plot, but I’ve thought that before about the books in this series, and the author 4.

People who bought this also bought And the two men don’t realize their attraction till the very end. Though he doesn’t do a huge difference in the Andrew and Caleb’s character voices, he does a good job overall with the tone, pacing, and other character voices.

I couldn’t decide if I wanted to smack him upside the head or hug him tight. What we have here is merely The One Who Saves Me: Thank you, Cardeno, I enjoyed it so much! Their friendship and devotion, Andrew’s struggles, their lust, emotions savse acceptance of each other was beautifully weaved together in a way that truly made this story real for me. Andrew’s quirk of how he deals with his relationships as they each end is interesting, and when Caleb calls him out on it when they finally come together in the end shows just how well the two of them know each other It was great seeing Noah and Clarke, Nate and Jake well just a little of themDavid and Jonathan I highly recommend this book actually the whole series.

My expectations were met and then some. Plus its Cardeno C so dho all his others you can’t help forgiving those WTF moments and the sex is hot! When Drew admitted his true feeling about Caleb. That’d be a story.

What I liked about this story was the journey of Caleb and Andrew, from early teen-agers-awkward in regards to who they were to grown ups learning to deal with all that life handed them. They support each other through life’s ups and downs, with a lot of the story covering their failed relationships and in between friends-with-benefits sex as they look to find love. Caleb, at fourteen, is not the average teenage boy.

Otherwise, he really had no excuse for what – or who – he’d done. To be honest the improbability factor is pretty high and by that I mean these guys are so obviously mad for each other from the word go that to hold out 20 years before the inevitable HEA is a bit eye rolling.
